WARRANTY DISCLOSURE

Alloy Trailers NZ warrants its new trailers to be free of defects. Alloy Trailers NZ has a five-year warranty for the aluminium alloy frame. This warranty does not include components, in which case, the original manufacturers warranty applies (minimum one year). 

The warranty period begins on the date the product is first sold to the customer. The repair or replacement of parts under this warranty does not extend the life of this limited warranty beyond its original expiration date from purchase.

Warranty includes:

• Any defects that has occurred due to manufacturing

Conditions:

• Warranty coverage is available only to customers that either purchase directly from Alloy Trailers NZ or Fishing Boats NZ. 

• The trailer must be kept in a safe and road worthy condition as required for use on New Zealand roads at all times. 

• The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (howsoever) by misuse, neglect, and tampering, incorrect adjustment, modification or overloading.

• It is invalidated if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations. 

• This limited warranty does not cover electrical system corrosion; corrosion resulting from damage, corrosion which causes purely cosmetic damage, abuse or improper service; corrosion to accessories or instruments or trailer being used in a saltwater environment resulting in corrosion.
